JAMMU, Dec 30: In a first of its kind event, Jammu got to see musicians, singers, poets, writers, beat boxers, dancers and who not at a single platform when Jammu's very own RJ Shwetima, popularly known as 'Jammu Di Kudi' organized an event 'Aao Milche' in collaboration with 'Café GoTrex and Golimits Travel and event management' on the last Sunday afternoon of 2018 at Tawi Front Park. People not just from Jammu, but from Udhampur, Akhnoor, Kathua, Samba and infact Kashmir became part of the event, celebrating and cherishing the Talent in each other, bidding a happy and musical farewell to 2018 and extending greetings for new year. Enjoying the scenic beauty and the hot sunny afternoon, people had a great time sitting across River Tawi at Tawi Front Park. 'Aao Milche' started off with a performance of a 5 years old girl 'Bhuvi' who took away everyone's heart by singing ' Dilbaro' song and 'Aayti' singing 'Dogri Folk - Suhaag'making everyone emotional, followed by heart wrenching poetry by 'Roheet Verma' a famous Writer and Director from Mumbai University. |
