Non state subject creeps into voter list fraudulently

Kishtwar, Dec 30: In the midst of debate over PRC laws in J&K, a Bihar resident has managed to enter his name included in the voter list of 51-Kishtwar Assembly Constituency and also managed to get Ration Card and Aadhaar card issued on Kishtwar address.
As per the details available with ET, one Mohd Zaffar son of Abdul Latief Saddique managed to get ADHAAR card No. ------5796 on the address House No. 12, Ward No. 13, Akhyarabad Kishtwar situated near Post Office Kishtwar, EPIC (Election Card) registered vide No. BKM0811265 in Kishtwar Constituency of Udhampur Parliamentary Seat with Date of Birth recorded in the EPIC card as 2-1-1972.
This Bihar resident who started his tyre repairing business at Malipath Kishtwar about 15 years ago not only managed EPIC card and Aadhaar card on Kishtwar address, but also managed the ration card with five family members issued by the TSO Kishtwar under APL category. He also bought property in Ward No. 13 of Kishtwar Municipality.
The locals told the "Early Times" that he established a tyre reparing unit where people living in the vicinity of the unit were made to suffer due to noise and air pollution and they even approached the administration over the issue, but despite the lapse of several months, the Municipality officials failed to act against him.
The people demanded registration of FIR against Mohd Zaffar and officials who helped him inn procuring documents illegally.
