Randhir Singh hails Governor's decision for granting powers to Advisors

Jammu, Dec 30: Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP Chief J&K welcomed decision of the Governor Satyapal Malik allocating major powers both administrative and financial to his three advisors, chief secretary and some of Administrative secretaries and also re-allocated portfolios among the advisors and totally streamlined the administration of Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh said the services which are rendered by the Governor to the people of Jammu and Kashmir no political setup has done so far.
Singh said he was senior cabinet minister holding important portfolios like Tourism, Transport, Ladakh affairs, Geology and mining. Information and culture Excise and Taxation and Syed AN Shah Geelani was MLA with him for ten years and leader of Jamat-e-Islami with five member group, Congress and National Conference parties also contributed lot in corruption, nepotism, favoritism.
Singh said that in more than ten years he remained as a minister with education from Punjab University and owner of lakh of acres of land in three Tehsils of District Kathua and donated some of his land to schedule caste at village Ghati which revenue department is bungling even now.
Singh said he had been advising Dr Farooq Abdullah not to speak reality today he says he had done lot for Kashmir and little for Jammu and Ladakh. Singh said he has done nothing for Jammu and Ladakh and whatever he has done for himself and for his family and also to JP industries and Vijay Mallaya and granted concessional loans from JK bank and opened more JK branches where there was no need and given favour and jobs to his party workers.
R C Bali General Secretary and chief spokesman state NCP, President state NCP Local bodies department has demanded the early implementation of local bodies and also welcomed the appointment of Yogesh Kapoor, as a General Secretary state NCP in place of R S Billowaria.
