| After quitting PDP Asgar exposes Mehbooba's exploitive agenda in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 2: After quitting PDP, former MLC and party's prominent face of Kishtwar district Sayeed Asgar Ali today exposed Mebooba Mufti and her communal advisors' exploitive agenda in Jammu region.
"Except false promises nothing has been done for people of Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar districts. Our emotions were exploited but our basic issues were never addressed by the PDP leadership when party was in power", Asgar Ali said while interacting with some media persons after quitting PDP.
Important to mention here that on the 'wise advice' of her communal advisors, Mehbooba Mufti is all out to play communal card in Muslim majority areas of Jammu province after losing the party. But Asgar Ali has raised very valid question-What PDP leadership has done to fulfill long pending demand of our people?.
He reminded that PDP leadership had promised that residents of this hilly region would be provided free electricity besides providing employments to the locals in the hydro-electric projects. "When they were in power they abandoned residents of this belt but after losing power they again started raking up emotion of the people", he said.
Importantly when PDP was part of the government, party leadership has failed to solve even day today problems of the people of this belt. Even in employment this region was completely ignored by the party during power. |
