Samba
With the objective to provide proper guidance & Counseling to the students of Free Guiding & Counseling Cell, Gurha Slathia, a career counselling session has been organised today at Govt Higher Secondary School Gurha Slathian by the institute.
Dr. Koshal Sharma JKPS, SSP Samba was the Chief Guest on the occasion. SSP Samba while interacting with the students suggested them to have a goal in life and take appropriate steps & be determined to achieve that goal. He advised the students to understand themselves first in terms of their interests & abilities and make appropriate decisions while choosing the career.
Speaking about Career selection tips , SSP Samba said that selection of right career is one of the most important and life changing decision in student’s life and if it is not taken seriously, it may result in lifetime regret. SSP Samba laid stress on necessity to make goal in life with determination as well as judicious use of time by the students.
He assured all the participants that the District Police Samba is always there for your safety and security.
About 140 aspirants attended the session. Among others, Retd Col. Jaswant Singh Slathia, Sh Jatinder Singh, Sarpanch Gurha Slathian & other Sarpanches, Naib Sarpanches, Panches and Social Workers of the area were also present on the occasion.
SSP Samba was accompanied by SDPO Vijaypur and SHO Vijaypur in the programme.
