Early Times Report

JAMMU, April 14: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Executive Member, Raman Suri, today said that devotees around the globe are praying for end of COVID-19 and added that once the world gets rid of this pandemic, way for construction of Shri Ram temple at Ayodhya will be paved. For the moment the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust has released its logo which is an appreciable step.
Raman Suri said that even trustees of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust have made it public that preparations for construction of Shri Ram temple have almost been worked out and once the pandemic is over, work on the mega project will begin. The logo, which was released on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti at Karsevakpuram in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya, is circular in shape and has a picture of Lord Ram as well as two small pictures of Lord Hanuman in it. Raman suri said that this was a basic formality that stands completed and now, the trust will use this logo on its letterhead for all communications. The Chaurasi Kosi (around 300 km) Parikrama, scheduled from Ayodhya, already stands cancelled by Vishva Hindu Parishad due to the COVID-19 lockdown but once all this is over, the work will begin on construction of Shri Ram Temple. Raman Suri said that people are praying around the globe for end of this pandemic, and once the globe emerges strong, out of this a magnificent Shri Ram temple will come up at the site, for which devotees will be doing Kar Seva (Community service) as well.
He urged people and especially devotees to sense the gravity of the situation and stay indoors besides listen to Government advisory religiously, as this will be the biggest contribution in fight against this pandemic. He assured that once we will come out of it and things fall in line, construction of temple will begin.
