Four Senior Judicial Officers Transferred

Jammu, Apr 14: In a Full Court meeting held today under the Chairpersonship of Chief Justice Gita Mittal, in which four senior judicial officers are transferred.
According to the order issued by Registrar General (officiating) Jawad Ahmed that Sanjeev Gupta, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu vice Sh. Ramesh Kumar Wattal. Ramesh Kumar Wattal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal on deputation basis against the available vacancy. Bala Jyoti, Registar Rules, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Judicial Member, J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu on deputation basis, against the available vacancy.
Sunit Gupta, District Judge, attached in Jammu Wing of the High Court, is transferred and posted as 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, (designated NIA Court) Jammu, against the available vacancy. -JNF
