EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 9: The PSA dossier of the former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, mentions that “she was working with the separatists” and had leanings towards them. An analyst while talking to Early Times said, “The PSA dossier of Mehbooba indicates that her incarceration is not going to end soon. For her the road ahead is not going to be that easy.” He said that soon after BJP pulled out from the Mehbooba Mufti led government in Jammu and Kashmir in 2018, the former J&K Chief Minister took a “very aggressive stand.” “Her statement that if Delhi makes any attempt to break her party more Yasin Maliks and Salahuddins will be born had evoked sharp reactions from across the country. In fact voices to get her booked at that very point of time had become shriller,” the analyst said. EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 9: Irrigation Department has allegedly executed over 65 Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Project (AIBP) without Administrative Approval and Technical Sanction and spent around Rs 30 crores in violation of guidelines. Sources told Early Times that 50 schemes were taken up for execution and spent Rs 20 Cr in various divisions of the State. “No perspective plan was formulated before execution of AIBP schemes.
