| DHS orders clearance of pending DPCs of Med employees | | | Jammu, Apr 11: Director Health Service (DHS) today ordered for clearance of pending Departmental Promotional Committees (DPCs) of medical employees.
Since medical employees were agitating for the long in favour of their demands under the banners of Jammu and Kashmir Employees Federation (JKEF) for clearance of DPCs and other long pending demands. According to statement a deputation led by president, JKEF, Dhraminder Singh Bharghav apprised Director Health Services (DHS) about the problems being faced by due to non-conduction of DPCs.
After giving patience hearing to the deputation of medical employees, DHS immediately ordered to conduct DPC w.e.f April 22 to 25 positively and will also honor the High Court directions. He assured that other demands would be forwarded to Commissioner / Secretary for consideration. Other demands highlighted included implementation of High Court direction in the writ petition SWP No.1747/2008 & 24832008 in the tilled Rajinder Kumar Sharma V/s State, promotyion of some Malaria Inspectors, enhance FTA from Rs 45 to 1000 and regukarization National Rural Health Mission employees working in health department.
Others who were present in the deputation included R K Sharma, Paramjit Singh and Saroj Bala. |
