Jammu, Apr 11 (JNF): In a petition filed by Mohd Iqbal Haji presently working as Deputy Custodian Kathua challenging the promotion of Ajaz Ahmed Hajam as Custodian (EP) Kashmir, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Irfan Khan issued notice to Revenue Secretary J&K, Custodian General J&K and Ajaz Ahmad Hajam Deputy Custodian Barmulla, returnable within four weeks.
Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Adv Irfan Khan, directed that subject to the objection from the respondents, order impugned No. CG (EP) 61/2014 dated April 4, 2014 to the extent it pertains to the recommendation of respondent Ajaz Ahmed Hajam for the promotion to the post of Custodian EP Kashmir shall not be acted upon. |
