PIL challenging contract of PPP in Super Specialty Hospital Jammu HC allows authorities to consider representation of petitioner 4/11/2014 11:10:30 PM Jammu, Apr 11(JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation filed by One Jagdev Singh seeking quashment of Contract for Public Private Partnership in Govt Medical College and Super Specialty Hospital Jammu with one KRSNA Diagnostic Private Limited, Division Bench of state High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar after hearing petitioner in person observed that The present petition invoking the public interest has also been filed by pleading similar grounds, which have been pleaded in the representation sent to the authorities on march 10, 2014. A period of one month has hardly passed and the petitioner importing public interest has approached this Court. Division Bench without expressing any opinion on merit and allow the authorities to consider the representation dated March 10, 2014 made by Sh. Jagdev Singh and take a decision thereon in accordance with law on or beforeMay 5, 2014 and passed a reasoned order.
