Congress for corruption, NC for division says PDP 4/11/2014 11:11:05 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 11: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), senior leader, RK Pardesi while categorizing Congress for corruption, National Conference for division and third front for confusion said that all these parties had been greedy of power.He said that political parties had always ditched the prople in general and the Kashmiri Pandit (KP) community particular. Referring to political existence of KPs, Pardesi said that KPs had been orphaned by the prevailing dispensation on all the grounds including PMs Package, enhancement of cash assistance, employment, Jagti Township, encroachment of land, problem of accommodation for those employed under PMs Package. Pardesi said that NC-Congress cannot be trusted any more as they have ditched people in providing basic rights. He recalled the tenure of Mufti Mohmmad Syeed and said that KPs were given highest post in bureaucracy as well as KP was appointed as VC Jammu University. He added that people felt sigh of relief during his tenure and several temples and houses were renovated at that time. He said that PDP is the only political party with definite agenda for solving issues pertaining to the population of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that PDP has pledged to take back KPs with full dignity and respect. He recalled the period when on festivals essential commodities were being kept available for KPs and compared with present dispensation which has failed the KP community in providing all these facilities. Referring to the ongoing election, Pardesi said that PDP is in good commanding position and would won three to four seats.
