Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 11: Dalit Sena has appealed the people to defeat political parties harping the conventional slogan of 'secularism' whereas in actual practices they run the business purely on communal lines.
Without naming any particular party or individual in a veiled attack, Dalit Sena Chief J&K, Romesh Lal Bhagat, in a press statement issued today said that it is most unfortunate that some Parties at the time of election starting harping on 'secularism' whereas in actual practices they run the business purely on communal lines.
Quoting some instances, Bhagat said that it is an open fact that while opening new Health Centers or up gradation of Schools & health centre or creating new Panchyats or CDS Blocks, due weight is given taking into account the caste factor of each area/ village. "This is the biggest tragedy with our political system, Bhagat said and added that these parties need be taught a lesson in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.
The need of the hour therefore, Bhagat said, is to bring a complete change by discarding the old deadwood.
