Passing out function of foresters training course held 4/15/2014 10:57:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 15: The passing out function of 19th batch of Kashmir foresters training course comprising 31 trainees was held in the premises of soil conservation training school Miran Sahib Jammu. Abai Kumar IFS, Principle Chief Conservator of Forests J&K was the chief guest in the passing out ceremony. The chief guest in his address to the trainees highlighted the importance of practical need based training for the field functionaries and emphasizes on up gradation of training facilities in the school. All the 31 trainees were awarded certificates. Bilal Ahmed Itoo of Ramban Forest Division secured the first position in order of merit followed by Mohd Ashraf Lone and Naresh Kumar Sharma both of Billawar Forest division who got second and third position respectively. MohdIdrees Khan of Poonch Forest Division was declared as the best in computer applications while Sh.
