Jammu, Apr 15: Seeking vote for the JKDF, the JKDF State President and Candidate for Doda-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency Anil Gupta today asked the people to utilise the 2014 Lok Sabha election to elect a candidate other than the existing parties."All these years you have voted for the BJP, Congress and National Conference but these were the options available for you. But now, you have a historic chance to vote for a Candidate with a difference and you ought to utilise this opportunity and vote for JKDF," Said Anil Gupta.Anil Gupta who is contesting from Udhampur- Doda -Kathua Lok Sabha seat stated that BJP was no alternative to Congress. "Both follow the same policies in every sphere," BJP is no different from Congress as far as corruption was concerned," BJP too has corrupt leaders in the party. He said that there was no Modi wave in the country. Illusion of a Modi wave was created by media and crony capitalists. "Crores of rupees has been pumped in for this campaign to project that there was a Modi wave," he alleged. "Congress and BJP have no political and development visions for the state, he said and added, "these parties without having convincing and practicable ideas are hoodwinking the people by cosmetic measures." "JKDF strongly believe that the people of State have first right to use and share electricity of various hydroelectical projects , generating electricity in State of J&K , unfortunately major chunk is being outsourced to other States , whereas J&K is plunging into darkness. The absence of accountability in the current regime have given rise to corruption, injustice and exploitation of common masses. The youth are being frustrated due to growing unemployment, he said. Seeking to differentiate JKDF from the rest of the flock, he said that JKDF shall strive for dignity and honour of Dogras , if given the mandate in the elections. |
