Five booked for ransacking

Jammu, Apr 15: Channi Himmat police today booked five persons for allegedly trespassing and ransacking a crusher unit, police sources said
Police sources said that a complainant Ghulam Hussain alias kala of Chatta lodged a complaint with police alleging that five persons namely Asgar Ali, Farman Ali, Abdul Aziz, Abdul Mazeed, Akhter Choudhary all sons of Bashir Ahmed residents of Chatta trespassed into his land and damaged his crusher machine.
Acting on the complaint, Police sources said, "A case under FIR no. 39/14 u/s 147, 148, 382, 427, 506, 342 and 109 of RPC has been registered against accused at Channi Himmat Police Station.
Meanwhile, massive hunt has been launched by police to nab the absconding persons.
