Jammu, June 9: Police today arrested one drug smuggler during a naka checking at Gadi Garh falling under Police Station Satwari besides recovering 450 intoxicant capsules from his possession
"The accused has namely been identified as Raman Kumar @ Ravi S/o Surjeet Singh R/o Chatha, police said.
According to police, I/C PP Gadi Garh laid a surprised naka at Gadi Garh here today and intercepted one pedestrian for his suspicious movements and during his personal frisking police team recovered 450 Nos of intoxicants capsules (Paravon spas trade name).
The accused was arrested on the spot, police said. In this regard, a case FIR No. 114/2014 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Satwari and investigation is on. |
