Instead of taking lesson from Israel as how to deal with terrorist
jihadists with determination and, as also, with no consideration at all, in
the country the political parties calling to be secularists are in all vehemence indulged in competing with each other to take credit of bringing in the Parliament the resolution of condemning against Israel for allegedly bringing the casualties on the civilians in its fight with Palestine. Engaged in fighting on behalf of Palestine with Israel, Hamas, Palestinian Sunni Islamic organization, emulate same doctrine of jihad as do Al-Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Indian Mujahideen and such others. It is therefore, along with Europe and America, Egypt, an Arab country, put ban on it. But what the people like Digvijay, Sharad Pawar or Mamta Benerji have to do when from any of their deeds minorities get appeased. Besides, before charging Israel of bringing casualties on civilians one should not refrain from taking into account the fact that Hamas has been notorious for using children, women and common citizens as human shields in its fight against Israel armed forces. As to how the explosives and weapons could be transported clandestinely from one place to another in the hands of children they knew it well. And, if to explode some Israelis locality through dispatching explosives in the school-bags of innocent children, they believe in giving execution to this sheer ruthlessly-no matter then with Israelis the body of Palestinian child tear to tatter in the explosion. Criticism of Hamas strongly by an International organization, Human Rights Watch, is the indicative of seriousness of the issue. Hence, for that matter, if anybody is to be condemned then it should be Hamas first, then anybody else. Notably, India is bled no less from the terror attacks of jihadists. Did Palestine or its supporters, Arab countries, think it wise that they too should condemn these attacks. And as far as Congress is concerned, if not this, what else could be expected from it, notably, when one of its prominent leaders like Digvijay Singh had once been on the forefront to brazenly question the loyalty of Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma who sacrificed his life fighting terrorists in Jamia Millia Islamia University campus. If such resolution is to be passed only to appease minorities then these political parties should better come together and pass it on their own level. Otherwise, what not jihadists did to torment the lives of people worldwide. In Iraq in the places which have gone in the possession of ISIS now non-Muslims could no longer live without either paying tax or converting themselves into Islam. Christians so far living here even have begun to migrate to other places. And, then, to what extent the jihadists went not in unleashing atrocities upon Hindus, Christians, Shia Muslims and other minorities in Bangladesh and Pakistan that nobody in the country think of raising the voice against this act of grave inhumanity. |
