Jammu, Aug 16 : Janamashtami function was celebrated with fervor and show in the New Rock Land Public School, Krishna Vihar, Janipur Colony Jammu. Tiny tots were seen in colourful dresses and appearance of Lord Krishna, Sudama, Radha ji. Different cultural items were also presented on the life history of Lord Krishna.
Principal of the school Bandhana Badwal distributed prizes among the children and educated them about the activities of Lord Krishna.
Meanwhile Luthra Academy also celebrated Janmashtmi festival in the school premises with presentation of different cultural items by school children including Nikshay Mahajan and Mahi in the dresses of Lord Krishna and Radha ji. Principal of the school Anuradha Luthra appreciated the students. |
