| Jammu, Aug 16 : PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry today hailed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for reduction of 12 percent in electricity duty and extension of reservation for Pahari's and OBC's. According to press release, Director of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry ML Mathur appreciated that the decision of the government for reduction of electricity duty by 12 percent and also stated that it would provide much needed impetus to local industry, trade, tourism, commercial establishments and would also provide substantive relief to all domestic households. He further said that PHD Chamber also appreciated the inclusive agenda of extending reservation to pahari's and OBC's as this would facilitate their up- liftment and integration into the mainstream. The chamber also hailed the Independence Day interaction organized by his team, commissioner appeals BB Singh, Joint Commissioner, RK Kakar and DE Mini Chandran. |
