NYC Association frames rescue team to help flood affected people 9/6/2014 11:46:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 6 : Keeping in view the adverse weather conditions due to the incessant rainfall and flood situations, National Youth Corps today framed teams to help the flood affected people stranded at different locations. All the District units of the NYC have been appealed to work at their respective villages to help the administration as well as the Army and Police officers in rescuing the stranded people.
