Jammu, Sept 6: A youth was electrocuted to death at his residence in Gujjar Colony falling under the jurisdiction of Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
"The deceased has been identified as Umesh Kumar, police sources said.
Police sources said that the injured was rushed to the Govt Medical College Jammu (GMC) Jammu where doctors declared him as brought dead. "According to family members, the youth got electrocuted while he was repairing an electronic home appliance and received severe electric shock, police said while quoting family members. Meanwhile the concerned police have registered a case in this connection and have started investigations in this matter. |
