| Surankote, Oct 19 : Shahnawaz Choudhary, State president of J&K Pradesh Youth Congress hailed cabinet decision of creating Buffliaz as new tehsil out of Surankote. He also thanked Sonia Gandhi, AICC Chairperson, Rahul Gandhi, AICC Vice president, Saiffudin Soz, President J&K PCC, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha for supporting and approving this long pending demand of youth congress and people of Buffliaz in general. In a press statement issued to media, Shahnawaz Choudhary said that it is a welcome step for buffliaz and also for the development of Surankote Assembly constituency. "We had been demanding tehsil status for far flung Buffliaz Block and now it is approved by J&K cabinet which is a welcome step for everyone in the constituency especially for the people of Buffliaz" added the press statement issued by youth congress chief to media on Thursday. |
