Dr Krishan Lal appeals EC to remain vigilant 11/24/2014 12:22:17 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 23 : Bharitiya Janta Party (BJP)'s contesting candidates from Cham constituency Dr. Krishan Lal appealed to State Administration and Election Commission (EC) to remain vigilant so money power not affect the election in same constituency. Addressing the media person, Dr Kishan Lal criticized the Congress for 2G scams, Commonwealth games scam, Colgate scam and coalition partner Congress and National Conference were also replicating the same approached in Jammu and Kashmir. He alleged that model code of conduct was being violated by issuing back date appointment order in Cham constituency. He appealed to state administration to investigate and take the proper necessary action in this regard.
