Though former Chief Minister, Mufti Muhammad Sayed left for Jammu soon after casting his vote in Bijbehara on Sunday, his daughter and party president, Mehbooba Mufti left for Jammu this morning to take charge of campaigning in three districts of Jammu, Kathua and Rajouri going to polls on 20th December. Reports said that some senior NC leaders like Muhammad Akbar Lone, Mir Saifullah and others reached Jammu well in advance. With the arrival of the entire political spectrum in Jammu, the campaigning in Jammu, Kathua and Rajouri districts will reach its climax in next two days. Pertinently the 18 assembly segments which went for polling in the fourth phase on Sunday included all the left out sixteen segments of Kashmir valley. The 8 segments of Srinagar city too went for polling on Sunday. Initial trends are reportedly disturbing for ruling NC and Congress as PDP has done extremely well in Srinagar city. It would be for the first time that NC loses grip over Srinagar. According to election commission handout total of 5169 Migrant Votes (MV) were polled in all the eight assembly constituencies of Srinagar district. Giving details of migrant voters, CEO J&K, Umang Narula, said that there are total of 31000 migrant voters but only 9638 persons had filled 'M-Forms'.
