SBI, Adarsh Build Estate ltd organizes customers meet 12/15/2014 10:48:58 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 15: State Bank of India, Regional Office - II, Jammu organized privileged customer meet in association with Adarsh Build Estate Limited at Hotel Fortune Inn Riviera. All prominent HNI clients of Jammu region were invited. The meet was organized to make aware all their HNI clients that SBI has gone in to builders tie-up with Adarsh Build Estate Limited for their projects Palm Riviera at Sidhra Bye Pass, Jammu with 262 flats. Arvind Priya, DGM, SBI, while speaking on the occasion said, "Since State Bank of India is major player in India particularly in housing sector. The benefit of this Tie-up goes to the customer in shape of minimum time for processing housing loan. More-so no legal fee and no valuation is required as it has already been taken care of by the bank at the time of its approval". He also announced that the bank is opening an exclusive HNI & NRI Branch at Jammu in this financial year . Mahesh Dutt Sharma, Project Director ABL said, "ABL is the biggest developer in J&K State having 5 projects under its belt and Palm Riviera is one of the premium residential project with ultra modern facilities.
