Jammu, Dec 15: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) today released the dogri poetry book 'Pehalian Kasootadian' written by PL Parihar. The book was released by chief guest on the ocassion, Station Director, Radio Jammu and Kashmir VK Sambyal.
Addressing the gathering, VK Shmbyal congratulated the writer of the book and said the Dogri was the regional language of Jammu province and must be uplifted by working in the field of dogri literature. Moreover, SK Kapoor praised the efforts of PL Parihar and said the he has written the dogri book and his poetry writing preach love and brotherhood.
Meanwhile, Sohail Kazmi, Thakur Manmohan Singh, Ravi Magotra, Mohan Lal, S S Anand Lehar, Dr. Sunita Bhadwal lauded the efforts of P L Parihar and emphasised the need of such book which has poetry in Dogri language and will serve to improve the thought process from the poet's point of view. They said that you might take any language but don't forget your mother tongue Dogri. |
