JAMMU, Mar 17 : Given the additional responsibilities of the post of Secretary of the autonomous sports body of J&K State Sports Council, Director General, Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), Navin Agarwal is yet to take the charge.
The post of Secretary, State Sports Council, fell vacant after incharge Secretary, Dilip Thusu was ordered by the Government to report to the General Administration Department (GAD) on March 15.
It has been reliably learnt that the DG want outgoing Secretary to hand over the charge personally. However, in the meantime, Navin Agarwal has started meeting the officials of the State Sports Council, who called on him at his office chamber at the ground floor of Sports House, MA Stadium, here. |
