Jammu, Aug 31: A meeting of executive members of PHE Worker's Welfare Association, Jammu Province was held here today under the chairmanship of Thakur Bakshi Singh Prov. President of the Association and discussed various issues, long pending demands of the employees and workers of the department.
While addressing in the meeting Subash Verma, General Secretary of the association and State President of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh, said, that as decided by the Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh's central high command we are not holding or participating in any kind of protest demonstration which we have announced earlier for 2nd of Sept. 2015. It is for information to all the employees and workers associated with the associations in both the areas urban and rural as well as the different divisions of the department. While concluding Th. Bakshi Singh President of the association called for remaining united and vigilant and maintain peace and brothershood among the workers and work for upliftment of the entire community. Other prominent leaders spoke in the meeting included Chuni Lal, Bansi Lal, Ajit Singh, Kuldeep Khajuria, Kulbhushan Nanda, Babu Singh and Ram Labhaya. |
