Jammu, Nov 20: As a part of the ongoing lecture series on building Corporate - Academia synergy, an interactive session on "Would I Work For me" was organised by the Department of HRM & OB, Central University of Jammu.
Raj Nehru, HR Professional;Governing Council Member, Global Village Foundation & Director HARTRON was the resource person. In his interactive session, he focused on providing an experimental learning program for MBA (HRM) students. Motivation level of students was mapped by linking their perspective to establish motivation theories. During the second session he focused on experiments based on debates where their opinions were heard and recorded for analysis and he linked the practical examples of workplace using video clips. Dr. Jaya Bhasin, HoD, HRM &OB, informed that the department is taking various initiatives to ensure development and placements of students and the series was a step towards the same direction. |
