JAMMU, Apr 17 : The Raman House emerged winner of the week-long inter-house boys' football tournament of BSF School held at the school ground, Paloura near here.
In the final, Raman House defeated Nehru House by two goals to one. For their outstanding performance, Angrey and Deepanshu of Raman House and Monmohit and Sourav of the other side were declared best players of the tournament. Earlier, four teams, representing as many houses, took part in the event.
Meanwhile, appreciating the performance of young footballers, Principal of BSF School, Dr S K Khukla encouraged them. He also lauded the efforts of sports incharge, Veerji Pandita and Amarjeet in successful conduct of the event. |
