Jammu, Apr 17 : On the auspicious occasion of Kamda Ekadashi , Rashtra Jagriti Virat Sant Sammelan was organised by Satsang Prachar Sewa Mandal Jammu Kashmir, at Panch Mandir , Chhanni Himmat Jammu. According to press release, saints from various folks of Jammu region attended the Sammelan, which was presided over by Ghanishyam Shastri.
The Sammelan was organised as mark of Nation's awakening and registering protest against atrocities and indiscrimation against prominent promoters of sanatan dharma.
Ghanishyam Shashtri emphasized that under current scenario most of the people are following western trends of fulfilling their own material greed and needs thereby running blindfold to earn livelihood which leads to the path of disturbance of peace of mind and society as resultant. Bupinder Shastri, Bishan Kumar Shastri also spoke on the occasion. All the saints applauded activities of Satsang Prachar Sewa Mandal Jammu Kashmir for organ-ising such sammelans. |
