Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 26: Despite having been clarified that Central Govt. that Kashmiri migrants shall continue to receive ration as per earlier rules, CAPD has failed to supply the ration at the depot and migrants are starving with no ration supply for last two months.
It appears concerned Ministry is somehow unable to pass on the central Govt. directives to state CAPD Department and Worthy CM if appealed to urgently intervene and help the starved people to get due ration at the earliest.

ASKPC in its emergent meeting held under chairmanship of its President Adv. Ravinder Raina also appealed to the Chief Minister to kindly Advice concerned Authorities for ensuring availability of necessary and life-saving drugs at Nagrota, Jagti and other migrants camps besides supply of regular water and electricity in view of the on-going hot summer weather.
