How unfortunate are non-local NIT students

Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 26: How unfortunate are the 2002 non-local students of the National Institute of Technology, who after being thrashed, abused, attacked and brutalized had to leave Srinagar to save their lives on April 11 and 12. They had never thought that they would be punished, condemned and hounded out and that their whole academic career would be at stake for countering the anti-nationals on the campus and demonstrating their commitment to the nation by chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai slogan and waving national flag. They discharged their obligations towards the nation against all heavy odds, including threat to their life and limb, hoping that the Indian political class and intellectuals would support their action, but what was done to them is to the contrary.
The entire political class and the so-called Indian intellectuals, opinion-leaders and commentators have all abandoned them. In fact, they have charged them with vitiating the academic atmosphere on the campus. The BJP, the Congress and the Left parties have instead of sharing their pain and grief and assuaging their hurt feelings have only condemned them and made common cause with the anti-nationals in Kashmir.
Even authors like Nayantara Sahgal, a close relation of Jawaharlal Nehru, have not left behind. She has accusing "Hindu rightwing groups of fostering trouble in the NIT Srinagar campus" and said that the effort began at the time of Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS). "There has been an attempt by Hindu right wing to create trouble between Jammu and Kashmir to bring in the Hindu element from the time of Shyama Prasad Mookerjee and it's still going on," she has said, which clearly suggested his hatred for the Hindus and her full support to the anti-nationals in Kashmir. She only crossed the line when she accused the BJP of fomenting trouble on the campus. She should have condemned the BJP for what was done to the non-local students, including from Jammu, for they suffered because the administration of the Union Government-run and controlled NIT Srinagar ordered the police to teach them a lesson for promoting the national cause in Kashmir, but she only proved that she is as perverted as the BJP, the Congress, the Left parties and similar other fake secular outfits are. She had no word in her perverted dictionary to console the brutalized non-local students, who have been fending for themselves and holding demonstrations in Jammu and Delhi ever since their exodus. She is so insensitive and intolerant.
The nation will never forgive the Indian political parties, particularly the perverted BJP, and authors like Nayantara Sehgal, for the crime they committed by supporting the anti-nationals in Kashmir.
