Jammu, May 28: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with, Sangam Tru Art Production & ESRM presented its 104th saturday musical play series "Nashe Kola Bacho " on the theme of " Drug Abuse" at Open Air Theatre Durga Bhawan Janipur. During the campaign seven interior villages of Marh , Kot Bhalwal and Satwari blocks will be covered. The Program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director , Health Department J&K Government. Among the Guest of Honors present were V.K.Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, and Dr.Anju Dogra ,Directorate of Health of J&K Government The day commemorated as " No Tobacco day " as well with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional , Primitive Folk, Art, Culture. Welcome speech was given by M.L.Dogra, Chairman, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan who highlighted the event. Dogra also appealed to the audience especially children to be the eyes and ears of the nation and pledged to put maximum efforts to make J&K State free from Menace of Drug addiction. The singers ,musician and actors who performed were Usha Handoo K.K.Joshi , M.C.Kotwal , Mr.Raju Bajgal , JK Raina, Pooja Gupta, Pawan Kumar, Mohd. Afroz, Ritesh Magotra, Shan Khan, presented the enthrilled performance master Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks for successful conduction of the program. |
