Jammuite Harpreet tops UPSE exam 9/15/2016 10:33:53 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 15: Son of soil Harpreet Singh, brought laurels to the state by securing first rank in All India Senior Administrative Officer examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This examination was conducted for posts in Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). According to a press statement, Harpreet Singh is presently serving as an officer in Technical Education department and is an alumnus of Govt College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), Jammu. He had previously served in Indian Railways.
