Youth Congress express concern over internet ban in Chenab valley 9/15/2016 11:29:39 PM Early Times Report Doda, Sept 15: Youth Congress has expressed concern over continuous internet ban in Chenab valley for the last many weeks. According to press release, YC leader, Asif Iqbal Butt said that conditions of Chenab valley are not bad at all. "Everything is fine and peaceful but this unnecessary ban on internet service, means government is denying even a basic facilities to people of Chenab Valley, which a shameful", he said.
