Various hailed appointment of Dr Tariq as Admn Auqaf Kishtwar 10/6/2016 10:37:24 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Oct 6: Government today ordered the appointment of renowned Urdu scholar and Assistant Professor in Government Degree College Kishtwar Dr Tariq Hussain Dev as Administrator Auqaf Kishtwar. Meantime the appointment of Dr Tariq Dev was welcomed by everyone including social and political activists, beside general public of Kishtwar also hailed the appointment. Dr Tariq Hussain Dev will replace Syed Mohammed Khan, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kishtwar who was holding additional charge of the same since last over a month. As per details available with "Early Times" the order with regard to appointment of Dr Tariq Hussain Dev was made vide Government Order No.136-Rev-(H&A) of 2016 dated 06-10-2016 in terms of Section 20 A of J&K Waqaf Act 2001 issued by Commissioner Secretary to government Revenue Department through Deputy Secretary to Government Revenue Department. The appointment of Dr Tariq Dev was welcomed by everyone including social and political activists, beside general public of Kishtwar also hailed the appointment. District President People's Democratic Party (PDP), Kishtwar Sheikh Nasir Hussain has hailed the appointment of Dr Tariq Hussain Dev as Administrator Auqaf Islamia Kishtwar, the reputed institution of Kishtwar District. He hoped that honest and dedicated person, Dr Tariq will take this prestigious institute to new heights. PDP leader also had thanked to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Farooq Indrabi Haj and Auqaf Minister and Firdous Tak MLC and member Waqf board for nominating Dr Tariq as new Administrator Auqaf Islamia Kishtwar. Among the others who had welcomed the appointment of new Administrator included Farooq Ahmed Dev District Youth President NC Kishtwar, Jaffer Hussain Ganie, PDP Zonal President Kishtwar, Arshad Hussain Giri, Journalist Touseef Butt, Journalist Imran Shah, Asif Naik and Advocate Danish Tappal.
