Jammu, Oct 6: Wrestler Pamma Pahalwan of Dera Baba Nanak Punjab defeated Wrestler Sukha Lachlan of Amritsar Punjab to clinch the bout in the Dangal which was organized by Data Ranpat Dev Committee at Data Talab in Bari Brahmana.
Pamma Pahalwan won Rs 31,000 as first prize by defeating Sukha Pahalwan while Kaka Pahalwan of RS Pura won Rs 21,000 as second prize by defeating Ranjit Pahalwan of Punjab and Farooq Pahalwan of Sarore, Jammu won Rs 15000 as third prize by defeating Lallu Pahalwan of Jammu.
Imam Hussain of RS Pura won Rs 11000 as fourth prize by defeating Binda Pahalwan of Jallandhar and Zakkar Pahalawan of Sarore and Kalu of Bishnah won Rs 10000 each as fifth prize by defeating Ballu of Jallandhar and Rafiq Pahalwan of Jammu respectively.
President Dangal Committee Daljeet Singh, Sarpanch Chack Avtra, Bishnah Surjeet Singh (Neta), Sarpanch Harsha Dabbar Bishnah, Ajit Singh, Sarpanch Salar, Bishnah Sangram Singh, Ex Sarpanch Chack Avtara Ajmer Singh and Dr Gansham Singh were present during the Dangal. |
