Road accident victim succumbs 10/13/2016 11:31:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 13: A man undergoing treatment after a road accident has succumbed today at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu. Police sources said, "The deceased has been identified as Vikas Kumar (30) son of Hari Nandan of Bihar presently staying at Sarore Adda." They said that he was admitted in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) after he sustained injuries when hit by motorcycle on October 10.
