About three and a half years
ago after assembly election in the Jammu and Kashmir a PDP and BJP- led government had formed with the aspirations for the better and bright future of the common people, in which Mufti Mohd was crowned with C.M of the state on conditional basis for full- terms. He had good experience as home minister and C.M of the state while back government formed in collaboration with congress.
The support of the BJP central command for the full term of C.M, to mufti Mohd Sayyed for completely 6 years term in the state was a good message for Kashmiri people but it was so embarrassing to the Jammu region which was already facing discrimination at the selfish hands of the Kashmiri rulers since a long last. On the other hand the deliberations committed by the central BJP command not less than blunders in the state.
The most of the members nominated for the representatives of the assembly were totally different from the background of past politics mean included as "Dick, Tom & Harry" one after another there in the Jammu region due which the assembly cannot seek the proper welfare of the Jammu region people who are still in rage against their candidate nominations at many of the constituencies. Many of them likely of samba who was totally irrelevant from the political field cannot satisfy to the people of constituency and remain under the clutches of Land-grabbers, in whose regime the land grabbing and other criminal activities remained at its full height. The domain of his politics was shambled at many times while the incident of the mini- bus from Chalyari had turned- turtle and killing the innocent students near Chak- Manga (Samba), and other in many of the BJP- led constituencies shows that people of the regions were not satisfied with the system of politics then though many of them cannot prove themselves good politicians and in future perhaps they may not assigned with such an excellent opportunity to prove themselves a good politician! Similarly is the incidents came to be heard from many of constituencies when number of the representatives cannot deploy their suitable CDF and other fund in their respective constituencies. As per development they cannot satisfy to the people in their constituencies the promises which Modi- led central government have done with the people of the state likely all remained in the cool box and the representatives of the BJP would have nothing to do so, despite enhancing their own pay, dues, perks, etc including local MLAs and ministers.
People all over the Jammu region have greater resentment for their sick- performance and to make people stoic with their empty tricks within the time period of more than three and a half years though once it may have break of sometime due to uncertain death of C.M. Mufti Mohammad Sayed. After which the Mufti Mahbooba was proclaimed as C.M of the state for full- fledged term.
Reasons behind this happening perhaps that central government better knows that the representatives in the Jammu and Kashmir are likely Tom, Dick & Harry", and very few of them who were experienced and enthusiastic were rendered as puppet to others. All policies for the welfare of the Jammu people cannot be formalized in a proper way owing to these MLAs and Ministers were not in a position to assess the pros and cons of the situation which shows their giant lack of experiences in the BJP led- government in the state, to which innocent people of the state had sworn severely.
The toll of complaints in the offices would have been heaped-up and a suitable direction to the Jammu- led government ally cannot assessed. Whereas, on the counter part side in the Kashmir division the deployment of the government policies were properly ordained, utilized, allocated with funds in proper manners because of the sensibility of the PDP party which have made selection of their members on the berg of their political know-how and carriers, which is founded to be lacked in BJP led members of the Jammu region.
In which PDP have coerced the central government to cancel the no of F.I.Rs against the stone pelted and adopt other favorable policies like non- ceasefire violation during the Ramzan. Resultantly; the number of ceasefire violations have enhanced in the Jammu region including, Rajoury, Poonch, R.S. Pura, Akhnoor, Arnia, Pindi- kathar(Jammu), Narayanpur Chalyari, Bain-Glar. Rangoor-Camp,keso-Kamore (Samba), Maniyari, Sanji-Morh, Rajpura of Kathua district vehemently. The people living these belts are greatly resented for the step behavior of the BJP- led government in the state and would never favor this government again. The claims of the border area refugees' cum deceased persons' relatives have largely grown-up that they are not paid up with their incurred loss compensation yet. And the Health Card policy in the state is favoring to the mostly employees then the deserving people of lower income strata. The said scheme based upon the old census is not digesting to the needy people who are not covered up owing to which they have greater resentment throughout the state too. Whereas the central government would have made taller claims but at this front both governments of state and centre remains frail and feeble. In other word we can say that a wise enemy is better than an absurd friend! Similar is the condition would have been rendered in the Jammu region and so bad in the border belt from where BJP have triumphed with an out numbering position during last polls but in next polling BJP may not have assessed that how big loss going to happen to it due its negligence contrasted by members of the respective constituencies.
And present rallies of the PM Narender Modi in J&K to which local people had assessed and coerced him to think for next polls in the state and nation which have rendered a tough job to triumph, perhaps an intense message delivered yet! |
