Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 19: Confusion continues in the National Conference because incumbent party president Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Saturday claimed that he has not resigned as president of the party. “Who said I have resigned? I haven’t resigned as president of the party”, Dr. Farooq Abdullah reacted when media persons asked about his decision to step down. “I don’t know who is spreading such rumours”, he said but hastened to add that election for the president of the National Conference will be held on December 5.
