JAMMU, Dec 20: The combined side of Post Graduate (PG) Departments of University of Jammu (JU) shall be playing against Mahant Bachiter Singh (MBS) College of Engineering and Technology to defend the inter-college men's table tennis title at GGM Science College, here tomorrow.
The finals of both men and women categories have been scheduled in the afternoon by the hosts of the event, GGM Science College. In the women's section, Government College for Women (GCW) Gandhi Nagar shall take on SPMR College of Commerce.
Earlier, in the men's semifinals, played today, MBS College outplayed Government College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) 3-1 while PG Departments defeated GDC Udhampur in straight 3-0 games.
To reach the last four stages, MBS College outplayed MIET 3-0 while GCET trounced Trikuta Degree College 3-1 in the quarterfinals yesterday.
In other last eight stages matches, GDC Udhampur beat Commerce College and PG Departments defeated GDC Hiranagar. |
