JAMMU, Jan 10: The students of all the streams of Fashion, Textile, Interior and MBA departments of National Institiute of Fashion Designing have returned here after attending a week long educational trip to Rajasthan. The fashion Design department studied the costumes of the Royal families of Rajasthan besides an intensive study in different technique of coloring and printing of the fabrics. The Interior Design students experienced the architecture of the structure of Birla Temple which is a beautiful white marble temple. The trip concluded with the visting of Raj Mandir, Dargah of Ajmer Sharif and Pushkar Temple. Vanita Thakur, Chairperson of NIFD said with such activities the students become aware of the surroundings.
