jammu, Feb 7: Holding western culture responsible for waywardness, Shri Ram Sena, Jammu today urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir to observe February 14 as Mata Pita Pujan day instead of Valentine Day.
The Sena President while declaring a war against vulgarity said the Sena activists will maintain strict vigil on parks, restaurants, theaters and gift shops. "Anybody found indulging in vulgarity in the city of temples and shrines would not be spared", he warned.
SRS has linked the Delhi rape to growing western trends. However, he failed to make a mention of use of abusive and vulgar language against women by former SSP Jammu Rath. He also failed to react to molestation of a Jammu University student in a police lock up. |
