| Bail denied to psychotropic drug smuggler | | | early times report
Jammu, Feb 7 (JNF): 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Subash C Gupta today rejected the bail application of person arrested alongwith 600 capsules of paraone spas and 40 corex bottles.
While rejecting the bail application of the accused, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Subash C Gupta observed offences under NDPS Act have alarming affect on the society at large as its vitalities are being eaten by the persons who are involved in carrying out the activities of supplying drugs to the younger generations.
This court has to exercise its judicial discretion, while considering pros and cons of the matter involved in the present case and not in casual and routine manner.
With these observations Court rejected the bail application of one Navneet Gupta r/o Subash Nagar Rehari Jammu from whom the police recovered 600 capsules of paraone spas and 40 corex bottles during the naka on November 23, 2012 at canal Road Near AG Office Jammu. |
