Early Times Report Kishtwar, Feb 11: National Student Union of India (NSUI), district Kishtwar, today held a protest demonstration against State Board of Technical Education over what they alleged that the questions in their paper were out of syllabus. Led by state general secretary NSUI, Wassim Saroori and district president Kishtwar, Saqib Lone, students from Government Polytechnic College Kishtwar held a strong protest demonstration at Kishtwar due to which traffic was disrupted for about one hour. Ravi Kumar, a student of civil engineering and joint co-coordinator Kishtwar, Prakash Singh said that 30% of Physics Paper was out of syllabus. They demanded from board authorities to give grace marks in that paper. Later, college authority arrived to the spot and listened to the demand of students. They assured them that they will discuss this matter with board members and will resolve the issue. Following assurance from college administration, the students lifted their dharna after which traffic movement was restored. |
