hiranagar, Feb 11: Dwarka Dheesh Vidyalaya Pathwal celebrated its annual day with fanfare and enthusiasm. Member Legislative Council and President District Congress Committee Kathua Suabsh Chander Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion.
The function started with Sarswati Puja, followed by a chorography by nursery students with a heart touching message to love your country.
Children presented various dances on retro songs and there were also interesting events like Bhangra, Gidha, and staged some message oriented skits as well.
The children surprised the gathering by setting the floor on fire with a dance show on songs like Singh is King followed by folk songs, Punjabi dance and songs.
The academic and co-curricular awards were given to the students.
Chairman Harbaj Sharma along with Principal Chander Parkash presented the performance report of the school students in academic, sports and other activities. |
