JKDF demands holiday on Basant Panchami 2/12/2013 12:24:36 AM Jammu, Feb 11 : JKDF Senior Vice President Murari Lal Balgotra has demanded declaration of Holiday on eve of Basant Panchami, when thousands of people from Jammu and other places of State throng to Baba Balabh Dev Ji Sathan at Mathwar Village of Kot Bhalwal Block in Jammu District. The place has its historical and religious importance associated with the faith of people who throng here to get treatment and offer selfless services. There is general belief that people having different ailments may get cured during the yatra and the Mannats (wishes) of people are also fulfilled.
