Panun Kashmir voices concern over KP's plight

Jammu, Feb 11 : Panun Kashmir convener Dr. Agnishekhar said here today in Y4PK executive meeting that time has come for diasporic KP youth to play a vital role in the ongoing struggle of the community for reversal of there exodus from Kashmir valley he highlighted the need of the adopting the new methods of functioning and newer instruments of consolidating and empowering the displaced youths to further the movement with fresh energy and current techno savvy social media to reach out to millions of countrymen's to garner support .Dr.Agnishekhar complemented the Y4PK team for their amazing achievements in this direction.
He also hailed Y4PK for successfully organizing 1st KP Youth International Conference at Pune and 1st All India KP Youth convention in Delhi recently with doable agenda for youth in exile. Dr.Agnishekhar lamented the state and central govt. for exploiting the helplessness of displaced KP unemployed youth while belatedly implementing nearly one fifth portion of the PM's employment package that too on unconstitutional and discriminatory conditions tagged with it. It has been the design of the state govt. to force our youth into thinking that they were not going to get jobs in the state of Jammu and Kashmir which further scattered them from Jammu province. Dr.Agnishekhar compli-mented Y4PK for having decided to organize "Jagti Se Jagat Tak"youth convention of inmates of Jagti Camp which would connect Jagti youth with their fellow achievers world wide through webcast to help them explore new opportunities in various fields.This convention will lay emphasis on professional empowerment of exiled youth of the community. It is praise worthy that Y4PK will telecast the event on its "HOMELAND TV" live.
Dr.Agnishekhar announced the four member organizing committee for "Jagti Se Jagat Tak" convention which comprises of Ashtoush Koul and Umesh Koul co-ordinators of Y4PK ,Raja je Tickoo and Sushma Reshi organizing secretaries of PK and Kashmira Vahini respectively. This committee will work under the supervision of PK National Coordinator Sanjay Dhattatreya. He termed the recent meager enhancement of cash relief of Rs.400/= per person per family a cruel joke and insulting.
He urged the authorities that be to review the same and immediately sanction of Rs.15000/= per family in view of the unprecedented price hike. Dr. Agnishekhar also expressed his disappointment over the continued suffering of over twenty thousand inmates of Jagti camp in terms of transportation,drinking of water scarcity, electric power crisis, inadequate security cover of the area etc.
